Tetsuya Nomura at the helm must mean Kingdom Hearts 3 is almost done, right? Because you can't work on both, Nomura, not if you want FF7 to come out in 2017.

I don't know why E3 is still happening. No one can compete with the fucking knockout punch Sony had. They opened with The Last Guardian which was a running gag for like four years or something. Then they pulled a Final Fantasy 7 remake on us after flat out trolling people with a Final Fantasy 7 PC version port the last time around. And then they actually said that they'll have Shenmue 3 on their console and now that it's funded that means that's coming too. And on top of that they showed off a totally new IP (granted, Microsoft did too) and they've got a new Uncharted in the pipe which is whatever that series should stop but it's something.

I don't even remember what happened after the middle of the conference because Final Fantasy 7 Remake is the biggest thing. I just hope they leave the Crisis Core stuff out of it.

It doesn't even matter that Sony has like no games out this year (seriously, did any of the games they showed have a release date of 2015 other than CoD and Assassin's Creed?) because once FF7 drops that thing will move consoles.

I watched the E3 stuff on Ign.com, and I must say that Sony killed it.

Yes Xbox is backwards compatible now, but I bet that if Sony wants, they can do that too. Yes they have Halo, which is great, but Sony has FF Vii remake, Last Guardian, Black Ops 3 DLC first which is always nice to have, Uncharted 4, and more. They just killed it once again, and will remain on top next year, especially once these announced games come out in 2016.

I didn't really see any of it. I always miss these things and find out afterwards!

I'm happy though. VII is my favourite game in the series. It's not the best but I still really like it.
I always get shouted at by the die hard fans for saying it, when I say it's my favourite, I usually get met with "it's the best, isn't it?" And when I say no...they get so confused.

So yes. Looking forward to it. Let's hope it's amazing or we'll have angry fans burning shit to the ground.

They sang Papa Song’s Psalm, over and over; background hydraulics underbassed that sickening melody. But how jubilant they sounded! Their Investment was paid off. The voyage to Hawaii was under way, and their new life on Xultation would shortly begin... Watching them from the hangway, I envied their certainty about the future.
