Really? So was DW7 good or bad? And do they still pronounce the names correctly? You know how they changed it in 6...I found that hard to get used to at first.

DW7 was so good that it cut into how good DW8 was. The jump between 6 and 7 was huge, the jump between 7 and 8 less so. 8 is still the better game mechanically, but it feels a bit more... meaningless than 7 did. Kinda like with Persona 3 and 4 - if you went from P2 to P4, you'd be that much more impressed than if you played P3 first.
Voice acting went back to shit, though. I think they decided bad acting was a signature of the series and went out of their way to make it bad again. |

I can deal with bad voice acting. DWs voice acting was bad...bad but never horrible. It was something you could get used to.
Now I'm looking forward to 8 even more! I really hope I can grab a copy next week.
