Actually, my Zune's pretty reliable.
I had my 30 for a while, and it only messed up yesterday, and once when it got dropped pretty hard, and bounced. Haha. They replaced it for free, though. And now I have a Zune120 (120 GB Zune [you'd be surprised how many people ask what it is]). All of the iPods I've seen/used always randomly freeze up. |

At my friend's party, one of the guys told us about something happening with the Zune at midnight. We all laughed at it. Midnight rolls around. The host checks his Zune.
Suddenly it was even funnier.

Yes, they know how to unfreeze, but they shouldn't freeze up at all.
Also, a couple of times, my friend's wouldn't unfreeze like it was supposed to, and she had to wait for the battery to die. |
