I'm playing Disgaea ^_^ I haven't played it in a few days though but it's the game I'm currently trying to get through.

My opinions?
Hmm, I like it alot! It's cute, funny and challenging enough, it's not too hard and it's not too easy and training is actually fun!

Right now I'm playing Stella Deus, Growlanser Generations and Fire Emblem for the GC. Oh, and Shining Tears, but that's not a straight RPG

Gladius- Its one of the few strategy RPGs that I actually enjoy playing. Its a solid game to play, unless you're expecting some awe inspiring game. I think its better than Disgaea, but that's mostly because Laharl and those penguins annoyed the heck out of me so I quit (after beating Mid Boss for what seemed like would be the first of many).

Right now I'm playing Stella Deus

That just got a tiny token mention in EGM last month. Is it just a game that probably only hardcore players should mess with?

I personally love the game, and I don't really see any reason why someone who likes strategy/RPGs wouldn't like it. There's nothing ground-breaking in the game, but that goes without saying. I mean, hardly any game is considered "ground-breaking", anyway.

I just beat Terranigma (the rather obscure Action RPG sequel to Illusion of Gaia (which was already obscure.. >.>) ) last night. It was a really fun game, I liked it better than Illusion of Gaia. I wish the end would've been a bit harder, but it was still a really fun game.

Now I need to figure out something else to play....

I'm currently working on some challenges in Final Fantasy Tactics(playstation version) its a fun game but its not easy. Mainly for hardcore gamers I'd say.

Call me a lady with bad taste, but....I quite liked the plot twist on disc 2. Then again, I have never watched an episode of Star Trek in my life.

yeah... like I've said several times before... if the Matrix had never happened I might have thought 'hey... that's a cool twist on things'. Since it did though the only thing I could think of is how unoriginal it was. It was a hit at getting some popularity off of what was making money at the moment. Enix saw that people liked the Matrix... a lot. I guess they thought their game would be more popular if they ripped it off as much as possible. What better way than turning the Eternal Sphere into an artificial world.

I would have been much happier fighting the 'creator' and his minions instead of a computer geek with a superman complex. =/

that being said... it was still a fun enough game (with a hard enough nostalgic super boss) for me to spend over 100 hours on.

For me, it completly destroyed the atmosphere of the game =/I never felt an atmosphere to begin with. I'll say it again: Plan 9. I'm going to have to play through it again with just text to see how much better it is.

Then again, I basically knew the "twist" beforehand anyway, or could guess it, at least.

My main problem with the game is actually the dungeons. I don't know why, but I can never find where the fuck I'm supposed to go. I've literally spent hours in three-room dungeons, not even counting the time spent in battle. I spent three hours in the fucking desert, and only got out on a fluke (I didn't even see the exit until the screen changed). If I didn't like the battle system so much, it would qualify as the second game I've ever sold.

I haven't used FAQs until after I've beaten the game ever since I had LoD utterly and completely ruined by one (not like it actually mattered... the fucking instruction manual had Disc 4 spoilers in it).

EDIT: Also, someone should probably tell Hotaru not to come in here if she hasn't gotten that far. That would be a good idea, methinks.

I'm not thrilled with it either... >.< I've kinda been on a break from the game for about a week (during which time I beat AoS), and now I'm not really that motivated to continue through that dungeon. -.-

When you get the 100% map Bunny for that DAMN dungeon though, it makes you go all gooey inside.

I was miffed with the whole Freya/Lenneth thing though - kinda rubbing it in PAL-ers faces, I felt =/

I am currently playing three different RPGs. One of them I get frustrated with from time to time, so I haven't played it in about 2 days but plan on picking it up again soon. That game happens to be Front Mission 4. It's not hard or anything. It's just that the battles take forever. The second one I'm playing is .hack//Infection. Last time I played it was last night for a little while, but I plan on playing it some tonight if I don't pass out from being so tired. I'm near the end anyhow.

The third one I just started playing today. Romancing Saga 3. I love it so far. In fact, I love all three of these games. They're really good.

And don't corrupt poor tessa's mind! The second disc can be good depending on how you look at it. I mean they created a friggin society in that part... thats ridiculously hard to do!

And I still have nightmares of Freya... and knowing I fought the second easiest version of her frightens me even more... I went through like 3 hours of preperation and 1 - 2 hours of fighting...

For the past few days I've been playing Final Fantasy IV (Final Fantasy Chronicles - Hardtype version). Haven't had much time in gameplay, but I'm at the Land of Summoned Monsters, because I want to go there before I go to the Sealed Cave. Great game, but I still don't see any difficulty differences in Hardtype and Easytype. It was neat finally getting to see the Developer's Room though. :D
