Random Quote thingy

I installed a random quote thingy, that does exactly what the name implies. It displays a random quote from a database of quotes.

And, guess what that means all of you have to do. Yep, submit quotes :P

I'M ESPECIALLY LOOKING FOR VIDEOGAME QUOTES!!!

Please get the author of the quote right, too -.-

Put it like this:

Author of the quote (Name of videogame)

EDIT: ACK. The quote moderation system only holds one at a time!!!

Until further notice, do NOT submit quotes yourselves. Post them here and I'll take care of it. Well, you CAN submit, but chances are I won't get to see it =/

I'm working on making it more visually appealing right now though.

Btw, the phrase installer part of the hack isn't working right, so a lot of the options w/ the quote thing will not be worded at all. Just ignore those parts for now.

Btw people, you DON'T need to submit the quote with quotation marks around it. It automatically puts them in quotations, so it'll display them with two sets if you do.

Also, try to put a description of what/whera/why a quote is being said, so people can place it better. Like this:

Author, description of quote (Game its from)
i.e.:
Mid-Boss, after losing to you (Phantom Brave)

And one more thing. Videogame quotes ONLY, please.

I forgot to mention, an admin has to moderate the quote first. Thats to ensure non-videogame quotes don't slip through.

haha oh it's only non-videogame quotes :chuckle and here i am putting in some good stuff :D from that statement i thought you were looking for any quotes but wanted Video Games. misinterpretation on my part or maybe Johnny is phrasing it poorly :D

I was trying to get the hack to work when I made the first couple posts, so thats why.

And yes Kimiko, an admin (me, lath or laggy) has to "inspect" every quote first. I'll get to it in a sec.

And btw people, try to add a description of where/why/when the quote was, like I did with some.

Yes, because of the censor system I use, it catches EVERY instance of a censored word on the site (i'm not sure if some hacks are under the regular censor system), and since users can turn it on and off in their CP, its fine.

And just another note, although I ask that you describe quotes' situations, thats only for quotes that need it.

I'm gonna add all of this stuff to the submission page when I've finally fixed the hack though, so don't worry about having to look back here to see what I want >.>

Is it possible that there could be different sets of quotes, like one set for "Anime" another for "Video Games" another for "Politics" etc and the one that is displayed is chosen by the user's preferences?

Actually....

The next major update of the hack is supposedly gonna have quote groups, like that. But I dunno if it will, its just something the hacker is gonna try to do.
