My opinion of em? Well, does it really matter what i think of em? Regardless of what i think of em, do i have the right to impose any restrictions and such on em? No.

I dont mind gays, as long as they doint try to "convert" me. I doubt many, if any, would try to do that, but thats really the only thing i would object too. I think they should just be left alone to do their thing.

And as for religious opinion of gays, well, it isnt my place to judge people. If being gay really IS a sin, then God'll judge them when their time comes. It isnt my right to do that. Remember, "Judge not, lest ye be judged."

I don't have any problem what so ever with gays. I don't think it's wrong in the least bit. I have people in my family that are gay and I'm glad they are because it set me on the path to be a more open minded person.

I don't mind them. I don't see a reason to treat them any different from others. After all, they're human like you and I.

I can see how most Heterosexuals dislike Bisexuals or Homosexuals. They think it's a bit sick if um 2 of the same sex do each other. Anyway aside of that.
A straight person will most likely dislike if a gay person, same sex, tries to pester them. A bi on the other hand wouldn't really mind much. And A gay person would most likely not mind and might like it.

And as far as this goes. I see how some guys treat bi or gay guys unfairly compare to bi or lesbian chicks.
Rather then basing your view on their gender, and sexuality, it's just best to let that go aside. It's who they are that counts.

well..really, i find most gay people to be more fun..in a none sex way...they are funny. i have had family members that where/are gay...really its just like what lades said for me..if you try to make me gay ill have a prob with you..i wouldnt try to get a gay girl to like me..its just you have to know what lines not to cross...

and i do feels the same way about girls then i do about gays...i think that theres thinking is funny or somthing cause of how much i like girls..and me being a guy

Gay people can't get married because THERE IS A SUCH THING AS ORGANIZED religion. Liberals do not control the country, yet. Just as how some "anti gay" people offend the liberals, the liberals and the gays offend us. Not letting them get married just saves the country a lot of embarrassment, and it helps to not degrade society.

If you do get kicked off of the site for that, it just shows that the site is liberal and doesn't welcome good conservative people like yourself. I'd leave this place if such a thing ever happened to you. In my opinion, let the gay people do their thing, but when it comes to changing the society I live in for their "benefits", that's when it becomes a problem.

As for my rebuttal, i can understand why you oppose it, but seriously, not rick ,nor doc, no anybody has the right to judge gays, and dictate to them. Man's law in the US dictates freedoms, and is supposedly secular in nature. Now, mind you, i'm not saying just let anything go, but you've gotta take into account the supposed "seperation of church and state." There's a reason for that, too. Think about it, history is nothing but proof AGAINST having a religious government: the spanish inquisition, the crusades, hell, half of england's, and europe's problems over the past 1000 years have been fighting between protestants and catholics, peppered with a bit of muslim involvement too!! There's plenty more, of course, but that should be citing enough to prove my point. Ands none, NONE of those wars served to HELP the religion of the winner, or loser, much help speread it amongst the people.
Religion + Government = Trouble.

And, from the POV of God, humans don't have the right to judge each other. Even if something is consdiered a sin, NO ONE has the right to judgement. Only in one instance does someone have the right to judge someone: if they were sinned against. If someone sins against you ,THEN you have the right to judgement, but unless thats the case, you don't. I doubt ANYONE here has been a perfect, sin-free saint their entire lives, not even me. So, don't judge someone unless you are ready to be judged yourself.

And, remember, without judgement, no one can be punished justly, so no one has the right to punish gays either, unless they pass judgement first.

well i want to add one thing to that lades..when i whent to court and got on probation..they held that court in a church...(cause the court room got fuked in the flood) so really..there is no "seperation of church and state." its all for the Gov. and they dont care aboiut church.

everyone is entitled to their opinion whether they are conservative or liberal. me, i think it's who a person is on the inside that counts not whether or not they are gay,bi,or straight. personally i'm straight and think bi girls are hot.lol. as for gay thoughts...i was playing ff 9 and i saw kuja's face and legs and thought "damn,that's one hot chick!" then my friend mentioned kuja was a guy....man, that was the worst day of my life no lie! lol.

yes everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but when different opinions are expressed the ending result is normally violence, especially when it comes about gays and marriage. Generally the only difference between those of a different nature is who they are attracted to, and peoplpe are predjudiced towards that mainly. But i dont really see the reason for all the fuss except that it goes against the general perception of what a wedding is and what it entails, and since it was originally a christian event to begin with.

personally i think gays should be allowed to marry. i mean if two ppl love each other they should be allowed to express it without fear of persecution. besides a big deal is being made over something that should be common sense. here in america you are entitled to freedom of speech and expression. i have two friends that are lesbians and they are wonderful individuals and very much in love. as for a comment made about how if gays are allowed to marry it's as bad as rapists being allowed to run free that is the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard. forcing someone into sex against their will is atrocious. to the victim, the psychological and spiritual damage is immense. raping is forcing someone to have sex with you depriving them of free will..being gay is just what certain ppl are..they cannot help it. what is more of a sin..two ppl who love each other of the same gender marrying each other of free will or a rapist in some back alley robbing a woman of her happiness,innocence,and integrity? in the bible i think christains misinterpret being gay as a sin but i do not believe in any passage it says being gay is wrong. if there is such a passage it was proably added by some wacko witch hunting paranoid dillusional inquisitor during the 1400's or 1600's when being different meant you were a spawn of satan.
