Whats the easiest RPG you've ever played?
I'm gonna say Suikoden 2. Its an excellent RPG, but...just a bit too easy >.>
(especially using the Matilda Glitch :D)

I'm gonna say Final Fantasy Mystic Quest... There were a few places where navigation was kind of annoying (not really hard, just frustratingly set up to try to get around a map), but for the most part, it was way too easy of a game. The fact that they give you the max amount of just about all the items right before the final boss is kinda lame too. =/
Hell yeah, MQ is way easier than Suikoden 2. At least some of the bosses in it can prove to be some kind of challenge... and even with that said, I still like MQ. :chuckle

Lol, yeah, I guess. The only hard boss in MQ is the Behemoth at the beginning, because if you miss just a couple times, you're dead >.<

That's true about suiko2... it is pretty easy... but the funny thing about that is the Beast Rune is the hardest last boss in the series. go figure. =/
I don't know about it being the easiest of all time though... Final Fantasy Mystic Quest is quite a bit easier than Suiko2.

Eh, FFMQ is easy, but there are some parts I always seemed to have trouble with, so it ended up pissing me off (like the Behemoth at the beginning, the mystic tree thing, among others).

the behemoth is just a luck thing... it's kind of stupid that there's a decent chance of death in the first battle of the game... but if you're leveled decently every boss in that game is a pushover. and the 'puzzles' in it are a joke.

Dragon Valor...its almost theoretically impossible to even come close to dieing.

I once calculated that you could afford to miss ONCE (if at all) in that battle. If you miss any more than that, you're guaranteed to die (unless he misses).

I still say it's the easiest.

MQ, Suikoden 1 and 2..but the easiest I've come across is probably Rhapsody. I beat it in 15 hours on normal with no problems whatsoever. I'm going to go through on Hard one of these days and hope that it makes it a challenge.

Sudeki on X-Box, wasn't really challenging at all, beat it in like 20 or so hours, could have beaten it even quicker but I went around finding all their useless Ultimate Weapons.

FFMQ is the one RPG that I always thought "damn this is easy, but fun!" so yea, MQ

Suikoden 4 was piss easy (aside from the last boss, but even he/she's not that hard once ya level up). Nothing in thast game gave any sort of challenge really. =/
Possibly Chrono Trigger...But it's my favoritest game in the whold world....it just seemed easy..

CT was hardly as easy as MQ... playing in New Game + is easy, of course, but playing through the real thing can be pretty challenging.

ff mystic quest. and yes i loved every minute of it though most say it was crap. lol. ff 4 was easy too..but only if you were depraved enough to level up all the characters to get mega flare, rosa's cure 4, and the bahamut summon for rydia.

ff 4 was easy too
o.O;;;;
What kind of f*cked up version of FF4 are you playing?!
Well... the original US version, I guess... :chuckle
FF4 is probably one of, if not the, hardest RPGs ever made, IMO...
Though they did make the original SNES version for the US waaay easier...

I didn't think the real FF4 was that hard...
the only really difficult things in it was beating Zeromous on a low-mid level, beating Bahamut, and getting Odin early (which is pretty much imposible in that version... you almost can't do it with Bolt 3... I had to do it with FuSoYa and Rydia in my group... same with Bahamut... using him and Rosa).

I dunno, I thought that FF4 was hard as hell... Not the SNES version of course, but the real one.
I got Bahamut and Odin without FuSoYa... >.>

The easiest? >.> Uh...Um...I don't really know of any easy one's I've played before...I've never played an easy one o.o And I can't choose an easiest >.>

Yes....FF4 is evil. Especially Zeromus... *shudders*

I've never had any problems with either version of FF4. I sped through the hard version and didn't hit any snags until I had to fight Bahamut. Of course the next snag came when I ran into Zeromus which I did on a low level..I just had to leave Rydia dead through the whole fight because big bang or whatever the hell it was called kept killing her anyway>_> It seemed to me he used it alot more than on the original.

I don't know, I love Chrono Trigger to death. But it was kinda easy.

I don't know why it wouldn't. It's just as much an rpg as any other one.

I dunno about Mario RPG being so easy... I had some trouble beating Culex...

I was really overleveled the times I fought him... so he really wasn't that hard. Plus... killing the crystals in a particular order helps a lot.
that is... if you even count him as part of the game since he has nothing to do with the story.

I don't really count "optional bosses" as part of the game. Though, I don't fully agree w/ ario RPG being easy. There were some parts that were pretty hard for me. But, that might've beenbecause I was under-leveld the whole game...

you should dl it for the next game you play. the leveling won't be a problem at all with fast forward. :P
I can't remember if I've mentioned this one or not... and I don't feel like looking, but the FF Origins version of FF1 is also pretty easy.

The navigation was a pain in the ass for FF1... but it was kinda easy, yes.
I think FFX was ridiculously easy. You just need to figure out the trick to switching characters and you're invincible. And if you run into a tough boss, just put everyone into overdrive and show that fucker who's boss.
