What do you think the major cons of these two handhelds are?
For the DS, I don't like the double screen thing.
For the PSP, all I can think of is a battery life that isn't as long. But in reality, where would you be that you would play the thing for 6 hours straight?

The two major flaws of the DS are and will be the poor use of the 2nd screen and the lack of a big library of games... which is pretty emminent. I've got a feeling the same thing that happened with the N64 vs PS1 fight will happen here.
The two major flaws of the PSP are... sony made it so it's built to break. bad disc drives... etc. And like Smartass said... a battery life that isn't as long as it should be.

bat life is variable depending on what its primary use is since its a multi-enterainment handheld. Sonys press releases said something like almost 2x battery life for gaming compared to dvd watching. And for the last time you americans just get the shoddy sony stuff, whereas us aussies get the built to last sony stuff. :P The main difference and flaws with each would basically come down to marketing. Currently in aus since the psp isnt out yet, the ds marketing has been minimal to non existant, which is a bad sign from nintendo on its launch.

I was just being general... I know more people that have had problems with theirs than people that haven't. I've got the same PS2 that I've had for 3 years and it still works like it did when I bought it. Of course... I take good care of my stuff...
