wish there was new books to an old series?

i think that there should be new books writen about middle earth.

I wish Terry Brooks would write another prequil to the Shannara books, and I wish Anne Rice would do books on Mekare/Maharet, Khayman, and maybe another new vampire that doesn't suck.

when i was younger i use to read the "cat who" books...they were mystery novels...they were pretty interesting..if new books of that series came out i might read them

Well, whjile anotehr well written sotry form the land of middle earth would be amazing, noone but Tolkien himslef, the Master of Fantasy, could ever do it jsutice, and sadly he has been dead for decasdes.

Another good idea would by anotehr installment of the 'hitchhiker's guide to the galazy' series by Douglas Addams, but he is dead as well.

I agree with Kaiser... I want Anne Rice to write something new... maybe not even a vampire chronicles book... maybe start a new series but I know that's not gonna happen since her husband died.

eh, i disagree on anne rice. she is overrated, her writing is too stuffy, very conflicted. she is in need of rewrites, to say the least.
