I'll try to find my habenero salsa recipe. I posted it somewhere in the food forum a few months ago.

you can special order a hot pepper called "the devils tongue" that is rumored to be over 10X hotter than a habenero. I have no idea where to get them.

Rice Balls
cooked rice - short grain
filling - salty, pickled plum, grilled salmon, tuna fish mixed with mayonnaise sauce *Whatever you like, you can choose as filling
salt
dry seaweed sheet (Nori)
Cook rice according to the recipe of the back of the rice bag.
Prepare some water in a bowl. Wet your hands in the water and sprinkle a little of salt on the palms.
While the rice is warm, place a handful of rice on the palms.
Place your favourite filling in the centre of rice and form rice in a triangular shape by tossing the rice in the hands. Make sure the filling comes inside of the rice ball.
Cut dry seaweed sheet in strip. Wrap around the rice balls with the dry seaweed sheet strip.
To make a triangular shape, hold one hand with the palm side up and hold the other hand in a mountain shape over the palm of the other hand.
You can also wrap the rice balls with dry seaweed sheet just before eating them, so that the seaweed sheet is nice and crispy!

1 pint of heavy cream
1 stick of real butter
2 tbsp cream cheese
1/2-3/4 cup of parmesean cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1tbsp cajun seasoning
buy boneless skinless chicken strips, brown in a little oil, add cajun seasoning (available at your local market) about 1/2 tsp until throughly cooked, no pink.while chicken is cooking you can prepare the alfredo sauce,
in a sauce pan combine butter, and heavy cream mix well then add the cream chesse make sure it is softened it makes it easier to work with, do this on med to low heat and the remaining ingredidients simmer and mix while cooking, the longer you simmer the better it taste about 20 minutes or so, make sure you check this it can burn with all the cheese!! once this is cooked add your chicken and the rest of the cajun seasoning, if you like it really spicy you add more cajun seasoning to taste. try this and let me know how you like it!!you can top this with chooped scallions to add color.enjoy!
