Nintendo DS a hit down under

Nintendo is already calling the February 24 launch of its dual-screen handheld in Australia that country's best hardware launch of all time, though official numbers aren't due until tomorrow. According to retailer feedback (and widely reported in the Australian press), the DS has sold like gangbusters in its first week down under. In other markets, more than 2.8 million units have been sold in North America and Japan through mid-January. The next DS launch will take place in Europe on March 11.

why mine lol? i saw it on sale and i walked straight past it. Anyone stupid enough to buy it now at the price their asking then watching sony pull out the psp and the ds price dropping is a fool.

Still...the box looked nice

i wanted it for christmas but it was too expensive, my mom and dad said i could get it for my birthday^_^. i looks really cool

nah $250 for a hand held is a bit meh (at least i think it was 250)
