actually White Bread isn't that healthy for you.....it lacks the same nutrients you get from Wheat bread.....also White bread is bleached......how else do you think it's white when wheat is naturally brown.....same goes with sugar......

Hovis best of both! It's looks like white bread...Tastes like white bread but it's all healthy like...And it's extra soft and yummy.
