the longest flight I've ever been on was from Brussels, Belgium to the Dallas-Ft. Worth Airport. It was about 13 hours.

the long part of the flight from LA to Sydney is about 13-16 hours nonstop. The entire trip from beginning to end takes about 26-28 hours though.

The trip is only 4 hours... And it's actually closer to Africa. One of the Canary islands. And I wont get jet-lag or anything because its GMT. Its pretty much vertically south from the UK.
