as sacreligious as it may sound my fav is Metroid Prime. Super Metroid has finally been beaten by a superior metroid... though, it will always rank high in my best games ever list.

Super Metroid will alwasy be the best IMO, but then again i too have yet to play prim...but i still think i would say Super Metroid none the less

Super Metriod is the only that i have defeated. Currently I'm playing Metriod Prime and I'm enjoying the hell out of it. But Super is still my fav.

I don't know.... MP 2 is shaping up to look better than MP. Hopefuly it'll have some nice substance to go with it.
