I make some good home-cooked meals too, lol. In particula,r i make a bitchin chicken casserole, and heavenly chicken schitzel (sp?). In fact, pretty much everything i make is excellent >_>

umm... it's kind of hard to explain..

here's a recipe for them...

6 hard-boiled eggs
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons of mustard
1 green onion, very thinly sliced (slice a little of the green and keep separate from white)
a few leaves of fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
freshly ground black pepper
salt
paprika

Halve or quarter eggs; scoop yolks into a small bowl. Mash well; add mayonnaise and Mustard until desired consistency is reached. Stir in white part of sliced onion and most of the chopped parsley. add salt and pepper. Using a small teaspoon or pastry bag, fill egg white halves or quarters. Sprinkle with sliced green onion and remaining parsley. Sprinkle with a little pepper and/or paprika, if desired.

I've never seen that recipe for Deviled Eggs before. I don't use mustard at all when I make them.

My favorite home-cooked meal is a steak(rare-med. rare), baked potatoe, and a salad with crumbled bleu cheese on the side, eggs, shrimp, and bleu cheese dressing... and atleast 2 slices of bread, toasted, buttered, and layered with cheddar cheese

Yeah steak is good that way. My hamburgers have to be medium rare or well done though..

you have to cook any kind of ground beef. it's different with straight cuts of beef.

oh yeah I remember getting in trouble for eating raw hamburger meat when I was little....for some reason I thought it was good...

i like raw, well...somewhat raw ground beef,m but it dont taste right

I dislike raw meat...

Anyway i'm making chicken breast right now. Not sure what it's called. I added some flavoring into it. Um lemon juice, some spice powder, herb and salt. Then i added it to a pan full of tomato and chili sauce..Then i put it into the oven. >_> hope it taste good...

Still sounds pretty good...... i like to grill my chicken breasts ...soak it in lemon juice, soy sauce and grill until done...you can grill just about any kind of meat like that and its good....except hamburgers grill them in tabasco and worcestshire sauce... :D

Heh, I did the same with hamburgers. Instead of frying or boiling it with oil in the frying pan. I added some tomato sauce. After it's done, i added a slice of cheese so when it's still hot the cheese will melt. You could add other topping as well but i was too lazy. The burger was tender. :D

pasta is just great but when you add stuff (meant or whatever) it always taste better
