Rep system tweaked...overhauled...somethi ng like that >.>

I tweaked/overhauled/etc the rep system. Why?

The +/- limit for rep in vB3.0.1 (which is the release I set it up on) was +/- 32,767 rep.
However
The +/- limit fin vB3.0.5 is.......... +/- 2,147,483,647

So you can see, I needed to vastly expand the rep rating stuff. However, to compensate for the immensly expanded limits and ratings, I tweaked the rep power generator, so everyone has a lot more power than before, thus they give more rep.

you look at someones rep, find out how much they have by looking in there profile. Then rep them and see how much you added.....well thats the way i did it, i dont know if theres a better way
