Tetris DS bound?
According to a product listing on EBGames.com, THQ is releasing a DS version of the classic puzzle game.
Though the product listings on many online game vendors often contain speculative data, they sometimes inadvertently reveal games before the publisher announces them. Case in point: A product page on EBGames.com for one "Tetris DS," a new version of the classic puzzle game for Nintendo's dual-screen handheld. No other details on the game were available.
According to the page, the title will ship on March 8 for the retail price of $29.99. The listing also says the game is being published by THQ, whose last Tetris title, 2002's Tetris Worlds, got a less-than-stellar reception on all the platforms it was released on. However, Tetris DS's existence is by no means official, as THQ officials could not be reached for comment as of press time.
