For the majority of my life, i was very aloof, a loner. Plus, i was always teased and bullied, which didnt help things.

And now, every tiem i DO ask a girl out, they always turn me down, either cuz they already have a bf, or cuz they dont like me "like that". Plus, i'm pretty selective when it comes to girls. I don't want to ask out just any girl.

It isnt exaclty the easiest thing in the world, y'know. Especially when you've gone through what i have.

Yeah, well, i was an easy mark, i guess. Everyone (quite literally) teased me. I would usually break down and cry every day, on the way to school and when i got home (and even at school sometimes, which didnt help things). I'm a lot different now, though. If someone gives me lip, i punch em in the face. Simple as that.

And i agree, i hate just "spilling" it. It isnt all that hard for me to say once i muster up the courage to do so, i'm just sick of being rejected, and so i dont want to hear it again.

I don't get the friend line, but its usually assumed that we're still friends after the girl rejects me (as we were usually friends before). But...more often than anything, i get the "Sorry, but i already have a bf" line. I've heard that so much...its so depressing. Its like all the girls i would want to go out with are already taken...(which is essentially the case). Thats 10x worse than "I want to just be friends"

Nah, i try to psych myself into it. I just tell myself "Ok, just ask her out, then she'll say no, and you can get on with your life now that she's out of your system."

But, even then, i have trouble, mainly cuz i don't want to have another girl say no. And, considering my track record, is there really any reason to assume the girl might say yes?
