Haggissssss......sheep intestines or something.

Sheep's stomach, stuffed with wheat and barley, then boiled. I've never tried it, but I would if I got the chance. I always remembered what it is because of the first Highlander movie.

EWWWW! No Weird Foods Here. But The Weirdest Has To Be Fried Bananas. I Don't Like Them.... Other Than That I Guess Seafood.

I eat a lot of stuff that might be considered weird on a regular basis if johnny considers seafood weird, lol.

lol, he's the only person I know that hates seafood that much.

I've had Haggis but i do live in the UK. Btw, you dont actually eat the sheep stomach. its covered in sheeps stomach and preserved, but it isnt served.

That would make sense, i guess

EDIT: here's the Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary's definity of Haggis:

A traditionally Scottish dish that consists of the heart, liver, and lungs of a sheep or a calf minced with suet, onions, oatmeal, and seasonings boiled in the stomach of the animal

hmmmm...... lungs? sounds interesting. I'll try it if I get the opportunity. hell... I've drank pig blood before... it was in pudding form, but I have an iron stomach when it comes to unusual food.

well, considering i like scrapple, it is still wierd... bout only place you'll find haggis in Cali is if you find a Scottish settlement noone knows about, or you make it yourself... trust me... i was born in Cali, you wont find it there...

You actually might find it in Cali, if a clan like Clan McGregor comes to Cali, they're travelin the whole country, and haggis is traditional. I go to Clan almost every year now, when I have the time or the money.

... ive tried pigs blood. Its called black pudding. Well, it might not be pigs blood but black pudding is made out of blood, thas for sure. And the sheeps stomach isnt eaten, just the insides. Haggis really isnt that bad. just tastes like meat.
