Venom is cooler, I think that if in real life, he would win

but spidy always wins, why? because he's the hero...

I still say venom because he is more bad ass

that's true, but a lot of those times they were in a place where Spidey could do something to Venom that hurts the symbyote... like shocking it. If they were fighting in a city, which they usually do, Spidey would probably win because he's much more resourceful than Venom. He'd have to be in a fight with him anyway because Venom is stronger and faster than he is. But... if they were in the middle of no where, where Spiderman didn't have anything 'extra' to use on him Venom would most likely win.

actually the only ways Spidey has beaten venom i with the help of mr fantastic, doc connors, and himself using the vibrations of a bell. There was also a thing with S.H.I.E.L.D i think.

and to add to that pic....

Venom's powers come from the symbiote mimicking spiderman's powers except his strength and speed are greatly enhanced. It's able to do that because it was on Peter Parker for a little while... so it can copy his power. He can also make himself look like anyone he wants to for a short time.
