Have you ever attended a support group meeting? If so, how often and what was the support group for?
I haven't attended a support group meeting before, but I will a week from tuesday. A friend of mine has started a depression support group at our college and I'm going the first few meetings to help get the numbers to make the group official. I don't suffer from depression as much as other people, but I am going there just to help my friend get this started.
