LOL yeah. :P
I hate it that Hot Topic has made Kurt into such a gold mine. I almost killed this kid in hot Topic the other day because I was buying this shirt with Kurt on it for my friend's birthday and he was all like: I like that shirt. and he was wearing one like it so I asked him what his favorite Nirvana song was and he said, and I quote: "Oh, I don't like Nirvana... just Kurt Cobain." I almost killed him dead... but I stoped myself long enough to ball him out and take my money up to Spencers and by another shirt for her. Everyone in there was stareing at me so I hope they didn't think I was wierd but I just got mad.

Kurt is followed only by Kurt Cobain! and then Kurt Cobain is a close third.... and fourth... and so on.
very very good songwriter, the best of our generation. He poured his soul into the words and it caused him much pain, but the effect is awesome.

Wow, your'e a little cold with your answer... I mean I'd much rather he not write music then be in pain. The only reason he killed himself was because he was stuck and no one would accept him for anything but a hard rocker. I mean it's no cowinicdence that he dissapeared right after that concert where he attempted to play some acustic music.

no i meant that he poured pure raw emotion into his writing and you could just sense what he felt at the time he wrote the song. I didn't mean that that's why he killed himself. i guess my reply was typed out in a bad way >_<

I think James LaBrie writes great songs, also.
"I was told, there's a miracle for each day that i try.
I was told, there's a new love that's born for each one that had died."
