Snafu has cable showing porn instead of boxing

CARSON CITY, Nev. - The action was hot and heavy - but not the boxing match cable viewers expected.
A mislabeled porn tape was given to the Carson City, Nev., public-access cable TV channel. The X-rated show caused the cable operator to pull the plug on the channel for 12 hours last weekend.
Producer Gary Ashby says he's very sorry. He tells the members of the Cable Access Television Board that he doesn't know how the boxing tape was switched with the sex video.
He says maybe someone recorded over his original tape. He's been placed on three months probation by the cable board. And future shows he submits will be previewed before airing.
