World: WW2. It saw the fall of Hitler and his empire of evil, one of the greatest threads to humanity ever.
Country: Revolutionary War. Without it, we wouldnt HAVE a country...

man the civil war was bad for america in my eyes.never will a war, in my lifetime, be as important or decisive as the second great war................at least in my opinion such a war wont arise again.....but inevitablly humanity will destroy itself.

that was WWII Fly...
and I didn't make myself clear with my first post... WWII was the best war for our country as well. Seeing as how it pulled us out of the great depression, eliminated our isolationist policies, completely revolutionized our industry and production power, created a huge boost in technology and research, and many other things that I'm either too lazy or tired to think of at the moment.

WWII. No question that it was definitely worth the struggle for what came out of it. And for country, the Civil War.

And for country, the Civil War.
Which one... I'm guessing you're talking about the "The Wars of the Three Kingdoms"/English Revolution civil war...
