What is your favorite action/adventure game ever?

I'm going with Zelda: A link to the past. Although i too like OoT, LttP is just better IMO. OoT would be a close second, but LttP wins it for me.

The Legacy of Kain series, prefirably Defiance, It just has a good feel to the game, the controls are easy to learn.

in the past of nastalgic 2d goodness castlevania,megaman,mario,and sonic reighn supreme. however in the modern high res times we have other contenders such as rachet and crank,ico,devil may cry,primal,jak 2,ninja gaiden,and prince of persia.

God of War. It mixed Platforming, Adventure, Action and just plain ol' kicking the shit outta people. And it got one of the highest ratings of a game for the PS2. As for older games probably Megaman.
