Well it may be the smart move for him to get some more training in various computer fields and many other fields of study. Afterall with jobs being hard to find or at least good paying ones, he may want to get some more training and wait a while until the economy stabilizes hopefully within 5 years or so.

I mean it all depends on where he will be stationed on whether re-enlisting would be good. If he won't be put in a war zone too often and could study here at home or be stationed in another friendly country then he could get more useful skills to use in life, and see more of the world.

now there's a smart man. military pension is that way to go. If I could go back in time i woulda joined up, I coulda been drawing a nice pension by now.
