Okay. So you see alot of people who record what they're doing on their PC's.
...You know like tutorials on how do stuff on youtube.
They're recording stuff that they're doing on their PC.
I wanna know how to do that. Please?
Anyone know?

Yes.
Oh you mean you want me to impart knowledge? Well if you insist.
There are multiple ways that one can achieve this, most by using third party recording software that runs in the background and are activated by a specific key stroke although most free offerings lag like hell with gaming unless you have a system capable of low level 3D rendering (ie beefy). Then some games themselves have inbuilt recording into them (much like saving replays and staged tutorial run throughs)
If you're looking for any suggestiong to get you into the concept, take it away someone else with the answer....

Get Fraps (www.fraps.com). It's the only program I know that is capable of doing what you outline in a Windows environment.

Also as far as I know. Super webcam and Manycam both do it as well. I'm not entirely sure. Since both lagged my PC to hell because my PC sucks I could never play around and find out if they did or not.
