IRC halp

Long story short, I'm trying to download some files (full metal panic, 2nd raid) a naughty bot is running around with...but can't find a decent and simple IRC client.

I remember a while back I found a simple browser IRC and am trying to find it again, hopefully someone here knows it or a similar one.

mIRC is good.

As far as browser based ones, I've never found one I liked enough to suggest to anyone.

mIRC is a good client for regular users, but I'm looking for something fast and simple that doesn't require any downloads, installation, or setups, since I only plan on using to download some stuff from a few bots and get on with my life. I don't need more installed gunk on my hd...that I'm not going to use more than once or twice >_<

I believe theres a web based java IRC chat up there somewhere. I'll look into it more. I was sure i saw one once.
