Just some of the ones I noticed. They totally disrespected Japanese anime. FMA is so low on this list as is Death Note. This list sucks a lot. A lot of the shows ar eold cartoon shows or crappy stuff on AS on Sundays. No Bleach, Big O, Trigun, come one now!

Would be interesting to see the top 10's of everyone who has posted since there is no genre (japanimation or western cartoons) or time (Astroboy in the 60's, and Clone Wars still running) bounds.
