Sephiroth is pretty cool, he's the first boss i enjoyed beating.

ummm.. i think that sephiroth..... not b/c he be my idol and all in all ff games... but b/c he's fast and wouldnt be touched by any spells.... and he would slice and dice before anything she would do would land.....

If he can't be touched by spells then how come you can use spells on him?

I'm not a fan of either but I found the Ultimecia battle much more difficult. Simply using powerful magics and summons wasn't enough to take her down easily like it was with Sephiroth. That's why Ultimecia would wipe the floor with Sephiroth simy summoning Greiver and using Apocalypse.

Meh, she'd be allowed to junction herself to griever, if sephy could absorb the lifestream and become the one-winged angel. Both are forums of outside help.

But, this is talking basic sephy vs. basic ultimecia. No last-boss-of-game-uber-godly-power-boost. In which case Sephy would shred ulty ^_^

thats what im talking about... b/c the basic ultmeca ... i can defeat with charecters that do not have any junctioned gfs on them..... then they get wiped out but griever.... but i mean... sephiroth is strong and fast in the game.....

I dunno, basic sephy vs. basic ulty...like him or not, Sephy WAS a top-rank SOLDIER and truly a terror in battle, whereas Ulty, though powerful w/ magic, wasnt too physically capable. And Sephy most likely had high Spirit (magic def) too...

but think about it sephy wouldnt get to Ulti to duke it out and if he did the TRUE sephy would be top half of a carcass and thus not stand a chance.
