I have a few that I can share. Links are to outside hosting sites, of course, plus it may help bump up the activity around here.

I'm pretty sure that, unless you own the albums by a legitimate means, this is considered to be pirateing. And that's kinda, against the law and shit.

Yes, and "we" "don't" "condone" that kind of "thing." If one were to go to the music and entertainment forum and say, "Hey, I have a bunch of soundtracks that I could share with you guys if you buy the CD after listening to it a couple times" then nobody would fault you.

I, for one, am against the downloading of games and movies.
But music? That shit's open game. I mean, I support the bands and artists I love and buy their albums, but say an album has gone out of print. Then I'll download that shit.
But, yeah, this is probably not gonna fly.
I mean, I have access to just about every video game soundtrack out there.
Just sayin'.

It's allowed only if your taste in music doesn't suck as bad as Yvl's. Didn't we put that in the ToS already?
horrible

summary: make a normal thread and post them there. If lades allows you to create a pirating forums he could get sued

Just because it's a normal topic doesn't change the legality.

Not too sure that it would be a good idea, I'm pretty sure it could bring up legal issues for Johnny. It would have to be something that Johnny would have to decide, he's the boss.

The boss still hasn't spoken...you echo your feelings of that of the posters here? Or a totally different opinion?

Well I can't speak for Johnny, but I can say that there is relatively no chance that this forum gets made. While it might enchance the site activity, it would inevitably open up a can of problems legally. Evermore's existence isn't going to be staked on a music forum.
