It sounded like the Crystal Theme that is in just about every Final Fantasy. Which I guess is also the FF1 theme.

But while it's a medley, I can't deny it seems to come back to the same song over and over again. Or, at least, it feels like it. It feels like there's one core song, accompanied by all the lesser additions. Now, this could just be my ignorance and not knowing what every last song in here is, but... meh, don't listen to me, I'm just rambling here.

I believe I heard a brief bit from the opening theme at 2:38, right before the Mario RPG music (actually, it could have just as easily been the Mario RPG music, but it reminds me more of Gundam Seed than Mario RPG)
