It was like Rikon, Antei and Tiein(arugh??) when milich took them over and named them Pompus Ass Prick, still the same town just diff name.

Yes, but it was the exact same city. Whereas North Window was destroyed by Neclord, and then your army builds an entirely new city there. Granted, parts of NW were still there and were used, but its still different.
