You mean menshiviks right? Hmm I dont know if things would have turned out better or not...but the menshiviks did seem like they were less extreme in their cause.

russia woulda stayed a backlogg country and never would have prospered under Lenins short guidance and Stalins totaliutarian forced production. Granted they may have won more support in Africa but ultimately their production and growth would have been stunted. Trotsky swapped from the menshaviks to the bolsheviks and socialist revolutionaries and the narodniks lost support thus gaining to the other 2 parties. Lenin was a mor viable leader and thus was glorified by Stalin as Stalin was later on.

This brought about a sense or worth and overthrew the orthodox church as a head of state during the autocratic reign, had the menshaviks ruled he churchwould have had a biigger say and the Duma(sp) and constituent assemply with the provisional govt would have continued. Siberia would nto have become a prime contruction site for tanks during WWII and the germans would then have taken stalin grad and lenningrad (moscow and st.Petersburg) even due to the russian winter. The russians would have conceeded in the cival war to the whites of oppression and would never have helped mao zedong in rising the ccp (chinese communist party) then ultimately that would have faile on the long march which was a failure military wise but a resounding ideological success.

well... Hannibal was about 200 years BCE. he also did a limited, but successful conquest of southern spain. He never did sack Rome, but he did have a large enough force to fight and win against just about anything Rome could send after him. At the time Rome's largest military force only numbered about 100,000. It went back and forth between Hannibal/Carthage and Various Roman Generals for several years. The last time Rome sacked Carthage Hannibal committed suicide.
