bad mood

sup? lol.. ok heres what i want to ask in this thread..


when you are in a bad mood, what are some things that you do?.. to get in a better mood, or to let out what needs to be let out

what are things you like, and dont like when in a bad mood?




when im in a bad mood, i dont like to talk to many people.. and i'd much rather poeple not ask "whats wrong" all the time when im pissed

i do like.. PHOOD! when im pissed food brings me out of it ^_^ that and sex :D

things i do, when i cant do anything else to get myself in a better mood is play RPGs or somthing

things i do to let it out... i havnt been to good at that ever, i use to get high a freestyle, but now i just stay pissed a few days

I don't really like people joking around with me when I'm in a bad mood...you know umm like they know I'm in a bad mood and they are deliberately trying to make it worse.

To get out of a bad mood I usually play games or listen to music or just take a hot bath..those always make me feel better.

when i'm in a bad mood most of my family knows to leave me alone, but my baby brother always likes to pester me when i'm in this state, sometimes making it worse. So short of killing him or just plain kicking the crap out of him, to get me out of my bad mood, I play a game or read. But most times i sit outside and work stuff out until I get to feeling better.

i use to take long walks with some friends of mine.. but now #1. noone to walk with, and #2... i cant go outside after 9 >_< damn PO!

i have a hole in my door the size of my fist, i have a hole in the wall the size of my fist, i have a broken sculpture of a knight and an indent on the wall.

In other words i vent frusttration on inatimate objects.

i withdraw and usaully fall asleep out of depression. i used to hurt myself when i felt down fortunatelly i don't anymore.

When I am in a bad mood, I act happy...I don't like people worrying about me or thinking I am an ass or anything...
