I've had enough! Anyone who's using an official Nintendo USB WiFi adapter...Help me!

I'm so sick of nothing working. I'm officially in a foul mood now!
*takes back the stupid part*

*Sighs*

Everything seems to be up and running.

But it tells me that in Pokemon...I have to log into Nintendo WFC...Which I've done...As far as I'm aware.
I've followed the set up instructions perfectly...And my DS can find the adapter just fine.

So what's going on?

Nintendo are useless...I can't even contact a human being to talk to about this.
They've really wound me up now.

They're still being useless, though.
I should be able to talk to a living, breathing person about this problem.
Not have to find my way through pages upon pages of crud.

What kind of adapter is it? How is it connected? Did you install the software for it? Is your connection to the internet from your laptop/desktop wired or wireless?
