I'm leaving for a while. How long? Who can say. Will I return? Possibly. Why am I leaving? Personal reasons I don't feel the need to disclose with you unless asked.

So. Let's not say good bye, let's just say farewell. Some of you have my AIM, so if, for some reason, you wish to contact me, there you go.

Man, I didn't think I would be, y'know, missed.

Anyway, I feel I owe you people an explanation. As many of you now know, I am a cosplayer, and damn proud of it, so haters, stay the fuck away. Anyway, I came to a realization yesterday as Holly and Bloo and I were discussing my potential costume options and how difficult they would be. Then I thought of something. It'd be even harder for a man of my...stature to find a comfortably fitting blue suit and blue suit paints for my Phoenix Wright costume. So I decided to go for some pretty drastic means. As in, it's time to finally get off my ass and get active.

Even in school it's becoming a hindrance, especially in gym where I can't even walk around the whole mile track without my legs cramping up and me having to rest just to not be in pain. So as of today, I'm going on a long winded excursion with one goal in mind: Drop poundage. So why am I leaving EF? Because if I don't, I'd only end up wasting time here and nothing would ever get accomplished. Seeing as I don't have the cash for joining a gym, I've decided that I'm going to monitor my foods and calorie intake and spend time on the family treadmill every day. I will also be doing sit ups and push ups daily, eventually moving on to longer periods of treadmill, and calisthenics. I hope by doing this I can drop a good many pounds AND be in better shape.

So consider today to be my last day as an *active* member for a good long while, or at least until I have accomplished my goal. I will, however, make a journal which I encourage all to read, as it will be keeping track of my progress. So, this is Droog, signing out.

Oh, well. I can understand that.

Good luck, Droog. You can do it.
You'd also be amazed by how..."trading" food helps. Like...I lost 12lbs in 2 months, just by eating those low-fat rice crackers instead of chocolate and trading in soft drinks for fruit juice. And also trading sugar for sweetner.

x.x You can still eat like a king and lose weight. If I find out you've been dieting. I'll hurt you.
Diets are bad for you.

2 or 3 hours of DDR (or ITG) per day will work for that too. It got rid of 40 pounds for me.

anyway... good luck with everything. see you when you get back.

I don't play DDR. But one of my friends does. I'll ask him if he can show me the ropes.

You guys lucked out and get one final day with Droog. Why? No oil for the treadmill so I can't go on it without something going wrong and possibly breaking. So, yeah, don't send me off just yet.

Though tempting, I know that if I don't sever ties with my internet pals I'd just get sucked in and a few minutes will turn into an hour and that will turn into three and then a whole day is wasted. So, yeah, it's something I feel I have to do until I can manage to monitor my time wisely.

Fuck body image, kid. If you like the internet, then so be it.

Well, if you think you really need to. Though, you could always, like...do...something to make it better? Or something?

Anyways, good luck with this.

How about I decide what I do, mmkay? I did my shit today and since I can't complete everything, I'm wasting time until I can. I don't want to over do it.

Not even a week and I already feel a whole lot better. I'm a lot more active and no longer in pain and shit when I run and exercise. I dropped around 10 pounds as well, so it's working.

Awesome! Glad to her things are going well! Hurry back, I wanna hear more crazy stories! :D

Seriously, you're awesome. I'm trying to get into cosplaying myself. A friend of mine wants to go to an anime convention as Sheena from Tales of Symphonia and she wants me to go as Zelos (Kind of like the unnoficial pairing; Sheena is a busty ninja and Zelos... is the biggest womanizer known to man, LMAO)

I'm looking for my Phoenix Wright suit at the moment, actually. If I can pull it off I'll be able to wear it to ACEN when we go!

Yo, check this. You've losing weight at a rapid clip because you haven't exercised in a while. You got change up once in a while, instead of running every day on a treadmill because your body will get used to it and it won't have an effect anymore also try to get outside and run, open your lungs up a little, its a lot better for you, hit up the gym and do a circuit workout, it will keep your heart racing and you'll actually be losing fat and gaining some muscle, also if you want to, I'm not saying you have to, take up hydroxycut, that shit works but make sure you're fucking hydrating when you take it. Trust me, I've lost a lot of weight in the Marine Corps by listening to my NCO's and Staff NCO's and Officers, this is the shit they tell me and it fucking works.

I don't do the treadmill everyday, I have been doing jogs outside as well. I was thinking about joining L.A. Fitness, a new gym that opened near me, but I need to inquire about their rates.

Every gym is about to be the same, its usually like 40-70 $ a month roughly, I'm glad I don't have to pay that bullshit, I just go to the gym on base. God I love the Marine Corps.

Applejack

I would use my school's weight room, but the equipment is just horrible. So I'd pay. I have a friend who is a member, I'll talk to him about it.

Travisblaze

Yeah, I always hated the fucking equipment at the HS gym, that shit was garbage, but yeah, talk to your friend, you should be good to go.
