Favorite RPG Castlevania?

Which is ytour fav RPG castlevania (such as Symphony of the night, Aris of sorrow, harmony of dissonance, etc)

I like SotN, but AoS is really good too. The RPG Castlevanias probly peaked at AoS, lol.

sotn for me aswell... well.. idk.. i guess all the older ones are none RPGs... i would rather play C II anyday over them all it ruxorz

lol like i said in the other thread, i couldnt remember how they ranked castlevania games, its hard to mach C2 as RPG because it came out on NES.. and i dont know what it takes for most NES games to be RPGs >_>

well the definition has become more elaborate...that's like some people don't consider Faxanadu an RPG but I do...But CV2 and Faxnanadu will always be rpgs in my mind.

C2 is an RPG, lol. ITs just a cruder one than SotN, HoD or AoS, lol...

yeah, i guess you guys are right, hell im damn sure of it being you both know hella lot more then i do about RPGS (damn me for being to stuck on the FF series to play to many more games)
though once i hit 14 i started playing all and any RPG, so im catching up lol.. and if i do say so my self, im a damn good gamer :D

SotN is the best period. rpg and non rpg.

to me sotn was ground breaking while the others are just remakes of it just using a different story but having mainly the same game mechanics.

yeah... I believe it was the first Castlevania to include magic spells and more than one castle... among other things.

yeah... hopefully it's not the best I'll ever play. I really hope they continue the SotN tradition by making a sequal with Alucard and not some watered down copy like the guys on the gba Castlevanias.
