I recorded the media briefings of Microsoft, Nintendo, and Sony, and I'm fairly impressed. Although I think Sony and Microsoft pulled through the most in the high profile games. While Microsoft was just reaffirming already known titles (except Resident Evil 5, which was a big shocker), Sony came in and started throwing out some relieving news. MGS4 is still exclusive, they've got a big line-up of good looking games. And they announced that Unreal Tournament 3 is exclusive to their console for the year. Not only that, but Sony signed a deal with Epic to optimize the Unreal engine for the PS3 to make designing games pretty easy. Nintendo didn't really do anything all that surprising for me. The Mario Kart was very predictable and the Wii Fit was just an expansion on this healthy gaming craze. The Assassin's Creed Jerusalem demo was pretty cool. Finally got a glimpse of what that leap of faith looks like in action.

Anyone else have thoughts?

I thought "Assassin's Creed" looked a little buggy in the demo, but they've got time to smooth that out.

"Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare" looked stunning, and the announcement of the multiplayer beta is really gonna ramp up interest in the game.

Most of the "Halo 3" stuff wasn't spectacular, except for the single player video.
