I'm trying to get back into Kingdom of Loathing myself! :D

If anyone cares, those ARE slimes. An area called "The Pentimulate Fantasy Airship" makes fun of some (too few, sadly) RPGs. The "Irritating series of random encounters" is a ripoff of slimes, the "Magitechmechamech" (try saying that ten times fast) is a ripoff of Magitek armor, and the "burly sidekick" with a machine gun arm who pities da fool (actual description of him) is a ripoff of Barret. There's others, too, like The Protagonist (Cloud) The silent healer (Aeris?) and the Spunky princess with pigtails who attacks things with an umbrella (my memory fails me)

And, of course, instead of a fight you might find a random treasure chest instead, filled with Phonics Downs (the Phoenix will return to make the rivers run red with the blood of those who don't know proper grammar) Green soft echo eyedrop antidotes (I hope I said them in the right order, haha) etc.

Too bad msn keeps blocking the activation email....
