Minigames >.>

What do you think of RPG minigames? Do you like them? Particular kinds? Or do you despise them?

I usually find some of them interesting, but oftentimes they are an annoyance, especially when there's a pointless key item to win (i'm a hardcore completist).

I get mad sometimes when they make you play them to progress the story...BoF 3 and 4 are notorious for this(I love them anyway)I like being able to play them at my own disgression. Especially when there is a noteworthy item to get from playing it.

I have always liked mini games in FF and other games, yea some have sucked but for the most part, they rule

I like them if they can be used for something like getting good items or a lot of money. I usually don't play them if there isn't a point... the only one I ever did that didn't have much practical game use was tetra master.

I played Tetra master w/out any prize too, but it was kinda annoying...I liked Triple Triad better.

God, I luff teh minigames! When I buy an rpg I read up on it some to make sure it has ample sidequests and minigames.

Sidequests are one thing, but minigames are...eh. I still dont care for em as much unless they have a prize that can actually be used in the game other than completion. Like the Iron Chef did.

I spent more time and had more fun playing that one side quest than I did playing anf beating FFTA that stupid ass game

lol I like casinos in rpgs which worries me...If I ever go to Vegas again I might never come back..I was underage last time I went.

before I had a job, Gambling was what I did to make money and it worked

The games in BOF4 are pretty cool, and its always fun to stab and shoot people in town by pressing triangle, lol.

You know in BoF 4 when you go hunting for food for you fairies?? I used to shoot the one on that map all the time...I can't remember what she says but it's funny:D

It always appears whenever i want to find a random battle map.

i have liked all FFs mini games other then FF8s chocobo game, i mean .. you can paint the moogle in FFCC!!! lol i count that only because i cant play the true mini game of FFCC

and chocobo hot and cold, teyh rulzorz

and both card games are good

and chocobo racing though i sucked very badly at it in FF7 :lancy

I didn't like FF8's chocobo game either. I like the dart throwing game in Legaia 2...mainly because I was good at it.:D
