Do you think that if a person is caught 1 time of substance abuse that it should keep them from ever getting into the Hall of Fame of that particular sport? Should they maybe make it into the Hall someday but be banned from perhaps playing in the pro bowl or all-star game of that particular sport?

I think it all depends on if it is a drug that helps boost performance.

I don't think so. I think they should be forced to undergo any punishment all ready outlined. The tests should be able to prevent an individual from continually getting away with it. Keep punishments high, but no bans for one time offenses.

I think it should be retested if the athlete has a shot at the Hall, but if both are positive, hellz no.
