Well, I'm night shift now...

Soooo yeah....

Last night I got a call around eight asking me to come into work.
Turns out our old night shift guy fell down a flight of stairs, cracked open his skull, and died.
So now until whenever I'm working the third shift.

I mean I like working nights. Its easy to do, I get free food and drink, and most of the time I'm sitting around reading... but still, I wish I didn't get it this way. o_o

I work from 10:00pm to 7:00am Friday night through Monday night or Tuesday mornign however you want to look at it. It isn't bad working nights. At least I don't have as many people to deal with although most your smartasses and dumbasses come in at night. I hate stupid kids....*Shoves them all in a rocket and blasts them to the sun.*

Actually not really, I'm getting paid $8 an hour where most of my job consists of clean the store, help the drunk guys who wander in around three when the tavern closes, and play my DS during hour long downtime periods. On the weekends not so much, especially in summer, but during the week we'll have like ninety minute stretches of time where no one comes in, and as for the cleaning... I can get that done in two hours if I do it all at once (which I can't because some things I have to wait until a specific time to do) and the other six hours are pretty much play DS, read mangas, and help the odd customer.

That's all I used to do too... but after months on end of it you kinda start to miss the Sun a little. :P
