confuse is a pain when the confused is a very powerful character. Stone is another one that I really hate.

Poison is a pain in the ass if you're leveled up really high too. (when it starts taking thousands of HP away at a time). It's nothing that a little antidote can't fix, but it's still annoying.

Confusion is always a bitch. Berserk too, becuase i can never remember how to get rid of it. And Ice, from FF6. Such a bitch >_<

I hate confusion, esp. when one of my own characters walks over and slices one my guys and kills him before i can take the confusion away.

What amazes me is that characters either do a ton, or hardly damage to allies under confusion. It differs from RPG to RPG

Heh I remember in EQ2 how you kept getting confused/mind controlled by those Undertow Shadows. You kept snapping out of it before I could use my most powerful attack on you though >.<

I hate USING Stop and Slow. They never work when you need them to. And I hate Stop and Confuse when used on me because there's never simple items that cure them.

...at what point in what game does it take away THOUSANDS at a time?

Ugh, in Wild ARMs 3, I hate Misery. Its like an advanced silence, sealing anything that has to do with FP (including magic, summons, gatling attacks, and all special attacks).

Curse is a really bad status ailment in FFXI. For melee and tank players anyway. It lowers your max hp and it usually lasts for a long time.

Poison by far...Well Confusion comes in close second..I can deal with everything else but they really do get on my last nerve, they cause the good'ol.."What's wrong with you!! HIT HIM!! NOT YOURSELF!! And stop being injured, darn you!! DARN YOU!!" At the Tv screen..Or maybe I'm the only one who does that o.o;;

That damn Fly ailment in Lucifer's Call - you literally turn into a fly for the whole of the battle, all stats are reduced to around 5 and you can't cure it. You literally have to cross your fingers and hope it either misses or the monster goes for a weak memeber of the party.

When you fight Baal Avatar - I believe she is the only monster that does it. Thank fuck.
