Future Gamez has confirmed that Ubisoft is working on a new Prince of Persia title for the Nintendo DS, but it doesn't appear to be another card battler like last year's Battles of Prince of Persia.
Australia's Office of Film and Literature Classification added (http://www.oflc.gov.au/special.html?n=46&p=156&sMature=1&sMediaGames=1&sDateFromM=1&sDateFromY=1970&sDateToM=8&sDateToY=2006&record=215790) the new game to their online database under the title, Prince of Persia: Rival Blades, for multiple platforms. However, an Ubisoft rep commented that Blades had been an alternate title for The Two Thrones (http://www.joystiq.com/2005/12/02/meta-review-prince-of-persia-the-two-thrones/), and the OFLC's listing is a placeholder for a new DS version of the prince's most recent console adventure.

Well we have some news about the Prince of Persia: Rival Blades story from yesterday. Ubisoft had the following to say on the matter:
"It was an alternate title for Two Thrones at one stage. We're flagging a DS version coming out in the future. Thus the lower rating."
