Sanctuary!!!

Sanctuaries. Everyone needs at least one. A refuge from all the troubles of life; a place they can relax and unwind. So, do you have a sanctuary, and if so, what is it?

For me, my sanctuary is my bed. I can lie down and take a nap, i lie down (or sit up) when i'm playing video games too. Its my one refuge from everything in life, both in real life, and the internet (my bed is on the other half of the room from my comp). Its where i go whenever i just dont feel like doing anything.

I envy you .I wish i had a place like that i could go to, but its waayy too crowded around here >_<

A forest or something like that would be my ultimate sanctuary.

i live out in the open, sorta... i mean, there are a few houses around, but there is a place tht is aobut a mile's hike south of where i live where it is so rarely set foot upon, the only footprints are mine... there i can do whatever i want, w/o anyone knowing anyhting about it... its underneath a tall tree... with thebranches hanging down... the other is the internet, because i can tell ppl my secrets, worries and the such, and barely worry aobut anyone i know learning about them...

I don't have one because I don't think I really need one. Perhaps I've learned to live with out one, perhaps I don't get a chance to find one. In a way I have one in my pictures I take, it makes me feel good when I do well at it. But as for an actual place the answer is no.

My desk. I just sit there and write or draw or just think about something. Im usually restless but i spend quite a bit of time sitting at my desk. And the internet... God knows what id be doing if i didnt have it.

mine is on my floor by my bed, where my radio is, I put on my headphones and drown out everything…mostly cause of how my mind works…im always thinking, I don’t sleep much because of this, and no matter what there’s always like 100 things going around in my head.. I cant think of just one thing at once, its always more… so I play music really loud and drown out my thoughts..

Well there's this tree in the back yard that I sit under sometimes and when the wind blows it sounds like the ocean. Other than that, my room it has everything I need and is where most of my drawings or poems are born.

It would be...Well, the internet...Well, not the internet exactly.

Messenger, because there I can talk to my friends...I couldn't talk to Kimiko and Noah without it. That would be awful.

Other than that...It would be my room and my mind. Without my imagination, I wouldn't be able to do half the things I enjoy doing. It's my imagination that makes me want to do the things that let me "escape."

I have a box filled with very personal reminders of everyone important to me, cheesy as that sounds; I just open it up whenever I'm feeling particularly stressed.

I play videogames. Surprise surprise. If I get too stressed out, I simply boot up a system and settle myself down for some gameage. If I get stressed out from a game, I simply play another one.

However, since I'm usually playing a game anyway, there's very few things that literally "stress" me out. My back is giving me some serious trouble, but that's really about it. And I don't need a healthy back to play games when I can just as well lie on my stomache.

I train outside...,
there's a community common area that's a walled stone area...

Nobody ever uses it and I train there often at night when nobody is awake...
the neighborhood cats seem to know my schedule cause they commonly come by when I'm there...


Aside from that one..., I always walk my dog Jack to the neighborhood park...
I walk him very late at night around 1 to 3 AM - or earlier when I have work...
we generally hang out there for an hour or two.
I generally lay in the field while he runs around pouncing on whatever he sees...


Lately I've been doing this less because of work - but I hope to go back to my daily schedule again once I'm back to school...

I don't have one....I can't be anywhere without being bugged the hell out of me or distrubed every 5 minutes. =_= Even computer room during teh day I'm beng called on teh phone liek every 15 fucking minutes.

Hmm, I just realize I never really answered this.

I usually just lay down on my bed. I turn off my comp and my games, and just relax. simple, but usually effective.

definatly my garage i can go out there and sit on the couch and just relax and smoke my marijuana lol
