Avatar limits are neccessary, to prevent some of the insane avatars that some people have had.

I don't plan on decreasing the limit anymore than it is now though. Ever. Same w/ the sig limits we have now (I may ditch the hack we have though, as it seems too buggy, what with the size=1 text problem and such -.-)
