RPG Live Action Movies

if you could make any rpg into a live action movie, which one would it be and who would star in it/direct it.

I'd have the late Stanley Kubrick direct a Xenogears movie starring Jet Li as Fei and Nichole Kidman as Elly.

I don't know directors but it'd definetly be a LoD movie with
Dart played by (Taryn's gonna hate me for this) Hayden Christensen.
Shana played by Anna Paquin maybe... or Alyson Hannigan ^^
Albert played by Orlando Bloom or Johnny Depp (Pretty boys who CAN act).
Lloyd by... someone mega-hot (who can also act).
Rose played by... ACK! Can't think! ><
Meru by... someone cute liiiike... OH! Laura Bailey. Seriously.
Kongol played by that guy who was Collosus in X-men 2.
Haschel by some old guy... (I don't know many old actors)

We had this discussion at GW a loooong time ago. One of the better ideas I had was a Lunar movie with Orlando Bloom as Ghaleon.

sorry but Final Fantasy 3 (yes 3 not doing anying of that 6 bull****) would be the best movie idea. Granted it was such a long game with a huge character list, so I think it would take several movies to do it. I think they should have different directors for different scenes or parts of the movie.

I would think it funny if they only had 15 people per village like in the game. Then they just move in strait lines and block doors until you pass right through them.

any FF game would make a good movie IF they put alot of time into it, in doing a movie for any game you risk ruining the games name..but if done right...a FF movie would be great, FF3 maybe FOD..but i think FF6 would do really well too
