A WAITRESS could face life in jail after allegedly persuading a drunk to run headfirst into a wall.

Gerhard Renzl, 30, broke his neck and died in hospital, a court heard.

Lisa Biliamoria, 29, is said to have urged him to take part in a game of Touch Down copied from MTV show Jackass. The aim is to run as fast as possible at a wall.

Sozzled Renzl donned a helmet and ran from ten metres, instead of the usual two or three.

Brit Biliamoria denies manslaughter at her boyfriend’s Livehouse bar near Salzburg, Austria. The trial continues.

O_o yeah he is the one who actually ran into the wall. It's not like she held a gun to his head or anything.

well it may not be putting the gun to his head, but it's like loading it for him.

He was intoxicated, it's like suggesting a knife to someone pondering suicide.

But he didn't deserve death if he was a nice guy, you can't really blame him since he's dead.

assisting in teh deah notice how its manslaughter and not murder because she didnt have the intent to kill him just it ended up that way. So in effect she assisted in his death and was a prime reason, along with the booze as to why he ended up dead.
