Chopsticks?

How good are you with chopsticks? I can hold and grasp with them perfectly, I just need to work on endurance.

Yeah, that's hard... but it does force you to slow down, and for someone who eats as fast as me, this is a good thing. And if I want it faster, I roll it up into a ball and just bite it. It's still eating Japanese-like. :P

It's easy, too, just scoop like a spoon, and you'll get a nice clump... (and it's easy to pick out the chicken!)

actually theres certain types of Thai rice (jasmine and coconut) that when cooked in its own juices act as a sticky agent and allows you to therefore pinch the rice without losing anything. Its the same as boiled rice as the rice gets fluffy rather then dried out and can therefore stick to surfaces moreso then dried rice.

Fried rice its a stupid strategy, certain forms of boiled rice though its more efficient.

Also I have these really cool pair of black chopsticks my fatehr got fo rme when he went to china a long long time ago. They have beautiful designs on them. Awsome looking..but I can't find them now. ;_;
